The project encompassed the complete suite of Incident, Problem, Change Management, and Service Request processes, providing a robust and scalable foundation for IT service delivery. The solution design and implementation ensured that Jira Service Management delivered the same functionality and service outcomes as ServiceNow, while offering greater flexibility and lower ongoing costs.

As part of the wider delivery, Valuecom led the migration from SolarWinds to LogicMonitor, configuring and integrating approximately 1,600 devices across the client’s infrastructure. This included developing custom monitoring templates, alerting policies, and automation workflows, all of which were validated prior to integration with Jira Service Management to enable real-time alert-to-incident correlation.
